the pooch is 9 wks. old this weekend.  we called him banjo and he is loved like crazy over here.  he chews everything and likes to hump pillows. but, oh what fun he is!  we love him.

all the sunshine this week has turned my mood around and i am getting spring fever.  can't wait to get my hand in the dirt and start living in the gardens.

This guy has me over the moon.Dr Oz Check him out. Especially this bit provided by Sur Mantra.

Lately I have been thinking a lot about Harp's behaviour ::lack of focus:: and really started to steer towards diet as a crucial factor in the way his day plays out. His life, for that matter. This needs further exploration and research. Our breakfast routine needs a severe overhaul.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to post a photo of our morning together at the table.

Off to plan for 8am smoothies and a chocolate chip muffin that will get an almost 5 year old away from the tv.

Cannonball!

check this out.
very cool photo diary of abandoned buildings.

dr. millar says harp's right eye will eventually die if he doesn't wear his glasses at all times. he also mentioned that he subscribes to a service that reads 500 medical journals a month and summarizes the articles into categories for his leisurely perusal. interesting. that is why the guy is so brilliant. he knows a lot of stuff about a lot of things.

swim lessons today. our boy is half fish, he has always loved the water. his coach says he will graduate to the next level. ::sun fish::

Win a quilt at www.oldredbarnco.blogspot.com

So, you think you can blog.

Yep, I do. Been reading them long enough. Addictive these things really. Especially when the writers link to cool stuff...Etsy.

I have been trying to get Front of the Line access for dance show tickets and such. Seems to be a taxing event that may lead into the wee hours. Certainly does take longer when one gets sidetracked easily. This is my first ever blog post and I must say that it does sort of feel a little naughty knowing that others will be reading my posts. Very tricky.
Goal this week: Get to swimming lessons on time.
